- You may vote online only at www.fitfactor-ni.co.uk. It is not possible to vote by telephone, post or email.
- You should vote for the school that you want to win the competition.
- Each email address can only vote once, there is no limit on the number of times you can vote (as long as each vote is from a different email address).
- Voting begins on Friday 27th April 2012 at 9am. The closing date for casting online votes is 5pm on Friday 1st June 2012.
- Overall winning school and runners up will be chosen based on 50% number of votes cast for them and 50% impartial judging panel’s decision.
- Overall winning school and runners up will be informed by early June.
- The overall winning school will receive £3,000 in vouchers from Lidl to be redeemed on sports equipment for their school.
- The school chosen in 2nd place will receive a prize of £2,000 in vouchers from Lidl to be redeemed on sports equipment for their school.
- The school chosen as the 3rd prize winner will receive £1,000 in vouchers from Lidl to be redeemed on sports equipment for their school.
- Prizes are as stated, no transfers or alternatives available.
- The decision of the judging panel is final.
- The winning schools must agree to take part in publicity in connection with the competition.
- Lidl Northern Ireland GmbH and Ulster Cancer Foundation reserve the right to withdraw or amend this competition in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control.
- Lidl Northern Ireland GmbH and Ulster Cancer Foundation reserve the right to terminate or temporarily suspend this competition in the event of technical or other difficulties that might compromise its integrity.
- There will be no communication exchange or correspondence in relation to any dispute arising from a termination or cancellation of the Lidl Fit Factor.
- Lidl Northern Ireland GmbH, Ulster Cancer Foundation and their agents do not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction with any software, system, server or provider, which may result in any vote being not properly received, registered or recorded.
- This competition and these terms are governed by UK law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK Courts.
- All content within the Lidl Fit Factor materials is provided for general information only, and should not be a substitute for the advice of your own doctor or any other professionals working within the sport and fitness domain. Neither Lidl Northern Ireland GmbH nor the Ulster Cancer Foundation is responsible or liable for any actions taken as a result of reading this information. - Acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement does not include indemnification of Lidl Northern Ireland GmbH against any losses, claims, expenses (including legal expenses reasonably incurred), costs or award which the participant may now or hereafter be liable to pay, incur or sustain in connection with this Agreement or activities carried out under the terms of this Agreement by the participant or any person under the direction or control of the participant.
- Submitting an online vote shall be deemed to be full and unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions.

- There is a total prize fund of £12,000. Winners and runners up will be announced in June 2012.
