The Lidl Fit Factor is a programme devised by Lidl, Northern Ireland’s Number 1 discount retailer, along with the Ulster Cancer Foundation to promote healthy eating and physical activity to Primary 3 and 4 classes in primary schools across the province. Teachers are provided with a toolkit and CD that helps implement the 4 key elements of the Lidl Fit Factor;
